1. The petitioner’s grievance is that he has not been provided proper bills/invioces by the jeweller from whom he had purchased certain jewellery.
2. The same appears to be purely personal/private commercial dispute and cannot be adjudicated by a writ Court as no public law element/state action/violation of fundamental rights is involved.
