1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No.138/2022 of PS Tigri for offence under Section 308/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.
2. On being pointed out the gravity of offence and the conclusion of trial, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
