1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 435/2024 of PS Kanjhawala for offence under Section 376/506/109/34 IPC, Section 6/17 POCSO Act and Section 67(A) IT Act.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh before the learned trial court subsequent to the recording of testimony of mother and maternal uncle (who had allegedly received the video of the alleged rape) of the prosecutrix.
3. As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
