1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 221/2026 of PS Nabi Karim for offence under Section 64(1) of BNS and Section 6 of POCSO Act.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after recording of testimony of the prosecutrix.
3. As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
4. Learned trial court is requested to ensure that testimony of prosecutrix is recorded within three months from the date already fixed before the trial court.
5. For compliance, copy of this order be sent to the trial court.
