1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No.357/2008 of PS Connaught Place, Delhi for offence under Section 406/420/12B IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
