1. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks directions upon the respondents to reinstate, and consider her for regularisation in the services of the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities.
2. Ms. Anu Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner, states, at the outset, that there are certain defects in the petition for which she wishes to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the Court afresh.
3. The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission.
4. Before filing of a fresh writ petition, Ms. Mehta is directed to consider whether the relief sought is amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal [“Tribunal”] and if so, she may move the Tribunal, rather than approaching this Court afresh.
