1. Mr. Madan Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.
2. He submits that petitioner and respondent no. 2 had entered into a settlement through the Mediation Center, Saket Courts on 07.04.2024 and the petitioner has paid the amount agreed in the said settlement to respondent no. 2.
3. Learned APP states that chargesheet has been filed and charges have been framed and the matter is now listed for prosecution evidence on 16.11.2026.
4. Mr. Madan Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits however he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. This is a digitally signed order.
