grievance of the appellants is that the observations made by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order shall not come in the way of appellants at the stage of final hearing of the matter. He further submits that, subject to the aforesaid observations not coming in the way of the appellants at the stage of final hearing of the matter and not being taken into consideration by the concerned Court, he seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have no objection to the same.

4. We find that since the order impugned before us is an interim injunction order only, any observations made or finding given therein cannot, in any manner, come in the way of the parties at the stage of final hearing of the matter.

5. Therefore, with the aforesaid observations, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending application also stands disposed of.

6. Interim order, if any, also stands vacated. VIVEK CHAUDHARY, J NISHA SAHAY SAXENA, J SEPTEMBER 24, 2026/r/tr This is a digitally signed order.
