the Applicant was granted interim bail, but he jumped the bail and thereafter was declared P.O. on 07.03.2022 and later he was arrested on 03.04.2024. He further submits that the truck, which had been released on superdari to the brother of the Applicant, could not be produced and the brother had stated before the Court that he had handed over the truck to the Applicant, who thereafter disposed of the same.
4. This Court has heard learned counsel for Applicant and learned APP for the State.
5. Considering the conduct of the Applicant, particularly that he had jumped the interim bail previously, as also the fact that the truck released on superdari to his brother, from which the ganja was recovered, was allegedly disposed of by the Applicant, and that his regular bail application was dismissed by this Court in May 2026 and the SLP against the said order also stands dismissed, this Court finds no ground to grant the relief sought.
6. Accordingly, no ground for grant of interim bail is made out. The present bail application is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
