It is submitted that despite the petitioner not carrying any construction, the impugned order has been passed by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (‘DPCC’) on 08.09.2026, thereby directing the petitioner to not only stop all the construction activities, but also directing the power distribution company to disconnect the electricity supply. Learned counsel submits that the impugned order seems to have been passed on a misunderstanding and without any application of mind, since the construction at the petitioner’s premises was completed way back in the year 2024, for which completion certificate was also issued.”

4. Be that as it may, since the grievance has already been redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
