1. By way of the present petition the petitioner seeks setting aside of the impugned Public Notice dated 15.10.2025 whereby the petitioners were directed to remove their shops/permanent structures from the alleged "extended/encroached" area.
2. It is not disputed that no Show Cause Notice was issued to petitioners before passing the above notice.
3. Considering the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to not pass any order of coercive action/demolition/removal of structures, without issuing a Show Cause Notice and a designated response window.
4. Needless to say that the petitioners shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in case any grievance remains in future.
5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
6. Pending application also stands disposed of. AMIT MAHAJAN, J SEPTEMBER 23, 2026/“SK” This is a digitally signed order.
