1. The petitioner claims that he is entitled for ex-gratia compensation of ₹ 1 crore in terms of Cabinet Decision No. 2835 dated 13.05.2020.
2. The petitioner in that regard has already given a representation, which is yet to be decided.
3. Considering the above, the respondent authorities are directed to decide the petitioner’s representation in accordance with the applicable rules expeditiously.
4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The petitioner is at liberty to seek redressal in case any grievance remains in future.
