1. Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition in view of the order dated 10th September 2026 passed by this Court in RFA 997/2026, whereby directions for deposit of the rent was passed and, subject to such deposit, the execution of the judgment and decree dated 19th February 2026 has been stayed. The impugned order assailed in the present petition had been passed earlier, on 16th October 2025.
2. The present matter shall be governed by the order dated 10th September 2026 passed in RFA 997/2026.
3. Therefore, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous.
