1. By way of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent – Delhi Development Authority [“DDA”] to release arrears of family pension amount from 19.12.2011 till date, and to do so every month to her, being the daughter to one Late Jai Singh, who was employed with the DDA .
2. As the DDA is a notified entity for the purposes of the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal [“Tribunal”], Mr. Sparsh Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal.
