1. The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.145/2025, under section 376(2)(n) I.P.C., with P.S.-Prasad Nagar, Delhi.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been discharged by the trial court vide order dated 03.06.2026 and therefore, the relief sought in the present petition do not survive for consideration. He has handed over a copy of the said order.
3. Learned APP for the State confirms the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
