1. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks stay on duplicate digital SIMS, alleging their misuse by the concerned respondents, and imposition of appropriate penalty on the them.
2. The petitioner, who appears in person, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file afresh, on the same cause of action with proper averments, grounds and documents.
