Station Paschim Vihar West, District South, Delhi, under Section 20(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 [NDPS Act 1985’].
4. This Court has perused the order dated 16.05.2026 passed by the Coordinate Bench in BAIL APPLN. 4402/2025 and is of the considered opinion that there has been no change of circumstances in entitling the applicant to file the subject application.
5. After some hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition to approach the trial court for bail, after the final order on charge is passed. He states that the matter is listed before the trial court on 27.10.2026 for arguments on charge.

7. The concerned DCP is directed to immediately issue a fresh priority letter to the concerned FSL department to provide the FSL report, so that the trial can proceed on 27.10.2026.
8. The concerned Director of FSL department is also directed to take appropriate steps for preparing the report for the subject FIR No. 1009/2024 within four weeks, so that the next date before the trial court is effective and is not wasted.
9. With these limited directions, the present application is disposed of and liberty reserved to the applicant as prayed for at paragraph 5 above.
10. It is clarified that all rights and contentions of the applicant are left open to be urged before the trial court when it approaches afresh for bail.
