1. None appears on behalf of the petitioners.
2. There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners in these proceedings even on the previous date i.e., 10.09.2026. In fact, there has been no appearance recorded, on behalf of the petitioners, after 31.10.2025.
3. Also, as per the trial court record, the petitioners have not been appearing before the Trial Court either, and this has led to issuance of bailable warrants on 31.07.2025 and non-bailable warrants on 25.08.2025.
4. The I.O. who is present is not aware about the status of execution of the non-bailable warrants.
