1. Learned counsel for the respondents on 17.09.2026 sought time to have instructions after arguing at some length.
2. Today, learned counsel for the respondents on specific instructions submits that there is no objection if the award dated 02.03.2026 is sustained provided that nine-months time from today is granted to the respondents to comply with the award.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions accepts the offer and submits that upon transfer of the domain, the appellant shall not use the domain or the website.
