1. The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 13th March, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 3217/2026, wherein, directions were issued to treat the said petition as a representation and the respondent herein was directed to accord a personal hearing to the petitioner/his representative
2. The respondent was further directed to pass a speaking order in regard thereto. This is a digitally signed order.
