1. By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 21/2022 dated 25.08.2022 registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla Station, under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. After some arguments, Ms. Malvika Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioner in the pending proceedings before the Sessions Court.
3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid submission.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the parties remain reserved in accordance with law.
