1. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court-1 (“CGIT”), Dwarka Court Complex, Dwarka, Delhi, to take up the matter listed before it, i.e., the appeal being ATA D-1/28/2018, filed by respondent no. 2 herein.
2. This Court is informed that the matter is next listed before the CGIT on 05th February, 2027.
3. Accordingly, it is directed that the CGIT shall endeavour to dispose of the aforesaid appeal pending before it, on the next date of hearing.
