1. None appears for the petitioners when the matter is called out.
2. An application being CM APPL. 63458/2026 has been filed on behalf of the respondents, seeking to place on record the order dated 17th July, 2026, passed by the Administrative Civil Judge-Commercial Cases Judge- Additional Rent Controller, South West, Delhi, in CS SCJ 482/2021, i.e., the suit filed on behalf of the petitioners herein.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that vide the aforesaid order dated 17th July, 2026, the suit has already been dismissed.
4. She, thus, submits that since the suit itself stands dismissed, any interim order which was passed in the said suit shall also cease to have any effect. This is a digitally signed order.
