2. It has been pointed out to Mr. Abhijit Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(CRL) 2456/2026, challenging an order of the Magistrate’s Court dated 15.04.2026, arising out of the same FIR, on the grounds that investigation qua the petitioner had already been completed, and a chargesheet has been filed. The writ petition was dismissed by this Court vide an order dated 14.08.2026, which has been handed up in the Court, and taken on record.

3. However, the aforesaid writ petition and the order, have not been disclosed in the present writ petition at all, despite the grounds taken herein, being virtually identical to those in the aforesaid writ petition.

4. Mr. Anand, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, unconditionally without any liberty.

5. The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, in view of the above. PRATEEK JALAN, J SEPTEMBER 17, 2026 tg/MK/ This is a digitally signed order.
