1. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time restricts the prayer that the District Judge-01 (South) Saket Court, New Delhi be directed to decide LAC No. 1 of 2025 in a time-bound manner.
2. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that an attempt shall be made by the District Judge concerned to expeditiously deal with LAC No. 1 of 2025 with due cooperation of the parties and preferably within six months from today.
