1. Mr. A.K. Soni, counsel for Insurance Company, on instructions, seeks to withdraw these appeals.
2. Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Statutory deposit, if any, be refunded to Insurance Company only if the order of deposit has been complied with.

4. By order dated 23rd April 2026, this Court had directed the deposit of entire compensation amount, along with accrued interest before MACT and further release of 35%.
5. Considering that appeal has been dismissed as withdrawn, the impugned award stands confirmed and the compensation amount shall be released as per the directions given in the impugned award.
