1. This writ petition is filed challenging the communications dated 12.08.2026 and 14.08.2026 whereby the petitioner was disqualified by the Technical Board of Officers from participating in the e-tendering process pursuant to the NIT’s dated 12.06.2026 and 07.07.2026.
2. From the perusal of the communications, it is revealed that the petitioner firm was banned from participating in the e-tendering process by communication dated 11.05.2026.
3. There is nothing on record to show that the communication dated 11.05.2026 by which the petitioner was banned from participating in the e- tendering process was ever challenged. However, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the communication dated 11.05.2026 has not been This is a digitally signed order. 6. The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law impugning the decision banning the petitioner.
