1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 256/2026 of Police Station Budh Vihar, Rohini District for offence under Section 115(2)/118(1) BNS on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has settled the dispute with the petitioner.
2. On being pointed out the seriousness of allegations, including the medical opinion as regards nature of injuries, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
3. As requested, the petition and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
