1. Since the Judgment Debtors are undergoing insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and an IRP has been appointed, therefore, the EX.P. 30/2023 cannot survive.
2. The present Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Decree Holder to initiate proceedings once again if need arises.
3. In view of the above, the present Petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
