O R D E R
1. An interim order has been passed in O.M.P. (COMM) 446/2025, in terms of which, 50% of the awarded amount shall be deposited by the petitioner and the remaining 50% shall be secured by way of an unencumbered immoveable property. The said interim order shall subsist during the pendency of O.M.P. (COMM) 446/2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to abide with the final order that may be passed in the O.M.P. (COMM) 446/2025, subject to all legal rights and remedies of the petitioner.
3. In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
4. The petitioner would be at liberty to file afresh, if so required, subject to outcome of O.M.P. (COMM) 446/2025. This is a digitally signed order.
