1. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time and vehemently emphasising that the issue of the vires of the Vice-Principal Recruitment Rules, 2018 was challenged and pressed before the Tribunal but the contentions were not noted, is not pressing the present petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal to avail remedies in accordance with law.
2. The petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
