14.09.2026 Matter taken up today as the date of 11.09.2026 was declared a holiday on account of BRICS Summit vide Notification No. 86/G- 4/Genl.I/DHC dated 08.09.2026.
1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 83/2023 of PS Mayapuri for offence under Section 420/467/468/471/472/120B IPC.
2. In view of order passed today in the Bail Appln. 4683/2025 of co- accused Dhankesh Yadav, whereby the said bail application was allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the Court of Sessions in view of change in circumstances, in the present case also, learned counsel for accused/applicant after addressing partly, seeks permission to withdraw this This is a digitally signed order.
