1. The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 863/2023 of Police Station Dabri, Delhi for offence under Section 302/34 IPC.
2. On being pointed out the medical report dated 03.09.2026 of the accused/applicant received from jail, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this interim bail application.
3. As requested, the interim bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
