I.A. 20520/2026 (UNDER ORDER XXIII RULE 3 WITH SECTION 151 OF THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, 1908 SEEKING THE WITHDRAWAL IN TERMS OF THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT DATED 18th
1. This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking withdrawal of CS(OS) 278/2021 in terms of the settlement agreement dated 18.06.2026. OF JUNE 2026)
2. Respective counsel for the parties submit that all outstanding disputes between the plaintiff and the defendant nos.1 and 2 have been resolved in terms of the said settlement agreement. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 18.06.2026 has been placed on record.
