1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.211/2025 of PS R.K. Puram for offence under Section 105/3(5) of BNS.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for accused/applicant refers to the order passed on 07.09.2026 in the bail application of co-accused Anil Kumar and submits that in the present case also the accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this present bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after recording of testimony of eyewitnesses namely Rajiv and Naimat Khan.
3. As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
