1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 232/2014 of PS Sonia Vihar for offence under Section 308/379/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.
2. On being pointed out that the trial has concluded and even final arguments have been partly heard (according to the trial court ordersheet retrieved by one of the law researchers of this Court), learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions of his clients present in court, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
