IA No.24686/2026 (joint application on behalf of the parties for passing of consent decree in terms of the mediation settlement dated 31.07.2026)
1. This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties seeking issuance of a consent decree in terms of a Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 31.07.2026.
2. Respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that all outstanding disputes between the parties stand resolved in terms of the aforesaid Mediation Settlement Agreement. The Mediation Settlement Agreement has been placed on record.
3. Respective counsel, on instructions, submit that the parties shall remain bound with the terms thereof and shall duly perform their respective obligations thereunder. 4. It is jointly prayed that the present suit be decreed in terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

6. The undertaking of the parties to remain bound with the terms of the terms of the Settlement Agreement is taken on record.
7. Accordingly, CS(OS) 372/2021, along with pending applications, stand disposed of.
