1. By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 71/2021, dated 23.01.2021, registered at P.S. Krishna Nagar, New Delhi, under Section 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offence Act, 2012.
2. After some argument, Mr. R.P.S. Bhatti, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the Trial Court.
