1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 84/2025 of Police Station Pul Prahlad Pur, Delhi for offence under Section 3 of Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Public Property Act.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner institutes appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
