1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 776/2015 of PS Tilak Nagar for offence under Section 376/506 IPC.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court since now chargesheet stands filed.
3. As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
