1. After addressing partly, learned counsel for revisionist seeks permission to withdraw this petition, because trial has substantially proceeded and any observation in these proceedings might cause prejudice to either side before the trial court.
2. As requested, the petition and accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn making it clear that this withdrawal shall not be read against the revisionist by the trial court.
