1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 205/2026 of Police Station Hari Nagar, Delhi for offence under Section 290/106(1) BNS on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondents no. 2 & 3) have settled the dispute with the petitioner.
2. On being pointed out that allowing this petition would be sanctifying blood money, which is not recognized by any civilized society, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this withdrawal shall not be read against the petitioner by the trial court.
