1. By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 596/2022 dated 22.06.2022 registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. After some arguments, Mr. Deep Soni, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies available to the applicant, in accordance with law.
3. The bail application, alongwith any pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above.
