1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 490/2020 of PS Amar Colony for offence under Section 363/376/376D/376DA IPC and Section 4/6/17 POCSO Act.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to testimony of PWs Dharambir and Shad.
3. As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
