1. The petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 416/2021 of Police Station Amar Colony for offence under Section 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has settled the dispute with the petitioner.
2. At the outset, learned APP for the State discloses that trial has almost concluded in which the present respondent no. 2 has supported prosecution case. In response, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
