1. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has handed over to this Court, a Status Report dated 5th September, 2026, which is taken on record.
2. He submits that the amount of Rs. 67,500/- has been paid to the petitioner on 01st August, 2025, towards the scrapping of the subject vehicle.
3. He, thus, submits that the present petition has become infructuous.
4. This Court notes that none has been appearing for the petitioner in the present proceedings, and the last appearance on behalf of the petitioner was on 22nd July, 2025.
