1. The petitioner/husband has challenged order dated 20.02.2026 passed by Principal Judge Family Courts, whereby litigation expenses of Rs.11,000/- and cost of Rs.3,500/- were imposed.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions of LAC Mr. Jai Bansal, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
