1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 57/2020 of Police Station Connaught Place, New Delhi for offence under Section 354/354A/354B/392/323/341/506/509/34 IPC on merits.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order of framing charge, which was passed recently.
3. As requested, the petition and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
