1. The accused/applicant seeks interim bail of 60 days in case FIR No. 32/2026 of PS Inder Puri for offence under Section 103(1)/118(1)/3(5) of BNS.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this interim bail application, which had been filed on the ground of injury suffered by his mother.
3. As requested the application is dismissed as withdrawn, making it clear that this withdrawal shall not be read against the accused/applicant in his future bail applications.
