1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 114/2008 of PS Janakpuri/Crime Branch for offence under Section 7/13 of Prevention of Corruption Act and setting aside of the order dated 30.05.2026 of taking cognizance.
2. At the outset, learned ASC appearing on advance intimation challenges maintainability of this petition as it is only the revision which lies against the impugned order.
